Any color but pale or teal are shades I like and would use. Basically anything from ice cream green - Tiffany blue and anything in between but Aqua/turquoise is a safe bet for a color. Any shade bright or light...there will be something similar and blend able for either gender.
Notre there are a series of numbers which designate a particular color: RGB, or Red Green Blue, and HEX, for hexadecimal. Both express the amount of the three colors needed to make a particular color, but do so in different ways. How well do you remember numbers in a different base…like 16 is the new 10 (as in what can a computer read?), but the 6 figures also represent RGB amounts. These are only 2 of the alphabet soup of color abbreviations.
