Easy veggie dish-- mix together in a casserole dish--olive oil, parm cheese, sliced zucchini, sliced summer squash, chopped tomatoes, a few chopped green onions, chopped garlic & a little fresh ground pepper. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Yummy!
Recipe for Summer Vegetable Pasta Salad - I packed this salad as full of all of the veggies that I possibly could. I’m happy to say, it worked. This pasta salad was so good that I’ve been eating it about twice a day!
