Apple Pie Cake - Is it pie or is it cake? It's both! For those times when you can't decide if you want pie or cake, this apple pie cake will satisfy both cravings!

TWO INGEDIENTS! One Cake mix- I used yellow 1 -15 ounce can 100% pumpkin- puree, not pumpkin pie filling Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl mix cake mix with pumpkin filling using a hand mixer or a stand mixer. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour batter into a greased 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Bake for 28 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 15 ounce can pumpkin 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 1/2 Cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1 Cup chopped pecans 1 Cup melted butter DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13×9 baking dish. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix well and pour into your prepared dish. Sprinkle yellow cake mix evenly over Pumpkin mixture. Top with chopped pecans. Drizzle butter over pecans. Bake 50-55 minutes
