I cannot believe how easy this Homemade Bisquick Mix is to make and it tastes just like the real thing! It only requires 4 ingredients and can be substituted in any recipe that calls for Bisquick. http://www.highheelsandgrills.com/2015/03/homemade-bisquick-mix.html
"Popeyes" Biscuits - 2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. club soda, 1 TBS sugar. Mix together, press into 9x9 inch pan with 2 TBS. melted butter. Brush top with more butter. Score into 9 biscuits. Bake at 450°F for 12-15 minutes until golden. (The club soda version of these tastes much better than the 7up version, but both are incredibly light and fluffy.)
Bisquick Coffee Cake...just like grandma used to make when the recipe was still on the box. I'm making it allergen free by trading the egg for applesauce, soy milk instead of milk, and coconut oil for butter.
