Baileys Irish Cream Bundt Cake | Absolutely delicious. It's very easy to make, and tremendously impressive. Next time, I will stir the pecans throughout the batter and I will ice it in two sittings so I don't end up with a pool in the center.
Baileys Chocolatini: 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream, ½ oz Smirnoff Vodka, Chocolate shavings (optional) Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
