Homemade Protein Oatmeal is a quick and easy breakfast option or pre-workout snack. The slow digesting carbs will offer long lasting energy when eaten before a workout. To make the oatmeal (prepare the night before and leave in the fridge overnight): ½ cup organic oats ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp natural peanut butter 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder Combine with ½ -1 cup of your favorite fruit and sprinkle with 1tbsp walnuts

My favorite overnight oats with banana, peach, raspberries, granola and peanut butter 😋 the night before in a jar mix together 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp coconut sugar and cinnamon. Cover, leave in fridge overnight then eat it cold in the morning with your favorite toppings. Perfect for busy mornings because it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare!
