This image depicts the sun and the sea with just two colours and a few lines varying in width as they creep up the artwork. The orange-yellow and orange-red text really stand out against the deep blue background, which is what I like. The first letter, 'C', is quite loose and fluid, but the rest of the text is uniform with little to no tracking, same with leading.
This selection of 1970s-style logos shows the range of feeling vintage logos can evoke, even when restricted to a certain decade.
COLOR: I love the dead design from yesteryear. The color use in the 70s and early 80s was fantastic. It's like they stuck to the principles of the color wheel. This reminds me of old SONY VHS tape cases. It's hypnotic in a way.
