Quesos rallado, pollo, atún, carne , maíz, verduras crudas ralladas (zanahoria, remolacha, calabacín), verduras hervidas cortadas (zanahorias, brócoli, coliflor, espinacas, etc), tomate cherry... Batir los huevos con un poco de sal, engrasar una bandeja de horno para bollos, organiza los ingredientes elegidos para el relleno y vierte el huevo batido. Añade levadura si la quieres un poco más subidita!! Hornear en horno precalentado de 10 a 25 minutos y listo!
