Shannon Squire Designs on Instagram: "I’ve been working on my Patchwork Ombré Quilt, and, although I’m not quite done, I wanted to share it with y’all, because it’s so gorgeous! I used 4 Charm Packs, all by @missmelodymiller , and @ponypandaturtle (author of the free @craftemporiumpdx pattern) helped me build my ombré at our Patchwork Party at the beginning of the month.. I sewed it together using web piecing, and quilted like Amanda does, in grids. I’m using a bright orange for the binding & hot pink thread to sew it down with big stitches. I want to make so many of these! Playing with Charm Packs is such a fun, quick, and gratifying process, and the throw size is great. I feel like this is a project I’ll sneak in to my quilt-making rotation again & again, because it feels like a sweet
