It's called a "Punch Box" and it's a great alternative to a pinata. (Four-year-olds with big sticks can be a little scary sometimes.) Instead of beating on a pinata with a stick, each child punches through one of the pretty colored circles in order to grab the prize inside.

Party Game. An old navigation map glued to foam board with letter cutouts. Add construction paper to make the airplanes and the game is complete. Using glue, a picture frame and a map I already had, the entire project cost only $3.00! Definitely within the party planning budget. I purchased the construction paper, letters, and foam board at the .99 cent store. Super easy and inexpensive.
