My mindset last night before going to bed was to start working out on my non Boot Camp mornings for at least 30 min. Woke up and started to convince myself not to start the change and sleep in. Thought of this message and started to talk myself into working out as planned - it took 15 minutes and I got myself out of the bed to workout! So glad I did ..... feeling strong physically and mentally!
