Cook peeled 2 large carrots 6-8 min then marinade--1/4 cup Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or soy 1/4 cup water 1 TB seasoned rice vinegar 1 TB sesame oil 1/2 TB apple cider vinegar dash liquid smoke 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp dried ginger 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp granulated onion powder. If you want the shortcut version, just steam the carrot, drizzle BBQ sauce over it and pop it in a hamburger bun!
