Halo in Mermaid position- one of my new favs to work the sides! .  Setup: Sit in a mermaid position on the carriage with arms in a hug the moon position, hands directly in line with crown of the head. Start in lateral flexion leaning towards the straps and feel the blissful side stretch! Exhale to cinch the side of the waist, lifting up and over to lean towards the footbar. 10 - 15 reps should do! .
