Turned Ash : Christmas Tree - a private commission. Designed and then built in 15 days.  It was used as a display stand for charity Christmas appeals at a Law Firm in the City of London. There are 36 turned branches from 270mm to 650mm long. A two part turned pole/trunk, Ash Log Base, Turned Finial and Hand Carved Star

"A spoon a day" is the project that Joseph Bloor started 209 days ago with the objective of hand crafting wooden spoons for one year. This to develop his skills finishing work using only knives (no sanding). The project started on August 26th 2013 and is due to finish on August 25th 2014.   Joseph currently focuses his attention on hand crafted wooden items. He lives and works in London where he locally sources timber, traditional hand tools and human power.
