One of the last jobs, the paperwork. All the downloaded workshop manuals representing the different bikes parts were taken from and the receipts. Toted-up and, Oh my goodness, how much!!
Washed, polished and a generous squirts of FS365 & ACF-50 protection then tucked-up in the workshop. OK the protection dulls the shine but, urrrm, protects the surfaces
Removing all those grubby finger prints to bring back the sparkle!
Bit out of sequence by hay; here's the first start moment. A garden umbrella stand, old broom handle plus aux fuel tank gives a suitable "life support" look.
Not only serviced, but MOT'd. Its road legal!!
The Cafe finally leaves home for the first time. A top to toe safety check and service. Setting-up the carbs proved to be the only real issue. The main had to increase in size from 95 to 128! It could probably do with the needles lifting as its a little "fluffy" below 4k rpm.
Honda RC03 Cafe Racer: the bike is currently being professionally safety checked, serviced and MOT'd ready for the road
