Zuchinni broccoli pasta w lemon avocado dressing Sauté broccoli with garlic and lemon. Spiralize zuchinni and sauté with light olive oil, red pepper flakes. Avocado dressing: 1 avocado 1/2 lemon 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast 1/2 tsp garlic 1 Tbl fresh cilantro. 3 Tbl olive oil 4 Tbl water (or more, optional) Blend all ingredients until creamy. Add to sautéed zuchinni noodles with broccoli/cauliflower and add red pepper flakes.
