I get so much enjoyment from dreaming up ideas with little swatches of plant dyed fabric. These colours are from #mylocaldyeplants that I gathered here in the UK. From left to right, I made dyes from copper beech leaves, redwood cones, beech leaves, alder cones and hawthorn leaves. The fabric is organic cotton voile which has been pretreated with soya milk which acts as a mordant (full details in my eBook link in profile). Wishing you a lovely day
